tournament administrators of the Siegfried and Jensen Utah Open)
would just as soon be invisible as possible. Running a state open is

Head Golf Professional Rick Mears, Superintendent Jason Moon and
General Manager Mark Jensen have reached celebrity status in and
around Farmington, Utah.
That’s not to say they don’t recognize the hard work and attention
to detail their respective staffs have contributed to the club’s
championship event. They know full well that without the follow
through of each department, the Utah Open’s status as a premier
event in Utah golf just wouldn’t happen.
But within the inner circles of the Utah Section PGA, the golf media
and among a good number of the players; Jensen, Mears and Moon
are the headliners each August.
